Nanjing Xinguo Certified Public Accountants (General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "our firm") is a AAA-rated accounting firm in Jiangsu Province in 2022. In September 2013, in accordance with the "People's Republic of China Certified Public Accountants Law," the regulations of the Ministry of Finance, and the China Certified Public Accountants Association, Liqiong  Zhang and Xinmiao Tang, the two partners, jointly invested two million yuan and established a general partnership accounting firm with the approval of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance.
